we recently shot a fantastic boudoir session at the studio. i usually don't post this type of work but because we've gotten so much interest, i thought i'd share a few. here are two that i've gotten the okay to post.

this weekend we headed up north to san francisco to photograph carly and mark who will be getting married in just a few months. we got really lucky and had fantastic weather but WOW was the city packed with tourists! i'm not complaining...i love the excitement but it did make shooting a little bit of a challenge. so, instead of spending lots of time on the main streets, we found other alternatives...like a parking garage, a few side streets and a small park. all in all, it was great and i can't wait to go back and spend more time with carly and mark...until we meet again sanfran!

today we drove up to old town orange to photograph michelle and kris's engagement session. we spent the afternoon laughing and i can't wait for their wedding in just a few months. thanks you two for a great day...here are a few favorites!

yesterday we had an awesome session with kasey and will....it was so great to catch up and to hear details about their wedding which actually just a few months away at the el cortez. can't wait, see you soon!

yesterday we met ali and dave downtown for their engagement session. we photographed her sisters wedding this past august, so when i heard the news that they were getting married...we were completely excited! not only because we get to work with their great families again but also because ali's theme is modern...i love all of her ideas! here are a few favorites at a glance.

today was a great day...we had our first official shoot in our new studio and we got to meet kristi and carl's new baby, jacob! this was their third session with us and i can't believe that how quickly time has flown! our last session with them was for reef (the little guy below) when he was just a newborn himself. here are a couple of favorites at a glance. thanks guys, for spending the afternoon with us...it was so much fun!

yesterday we photographed an incredible couple...jaclyn and adrian. they actually chose to do their portraits prior to their wedding day. the beauty of this is that we had ample time to photograph them without the pressure of a timeline...how awesome is that! here are a few favorites beginning with a photo of jaclyn...this is definitely one of my all time favorites!
