i finally had a moment to head out and test my new 45mm, 2.8 tiltshift lens and i love it! it's a great additional to my collection and i can't wait to use it at some upcoming weddings and engagement sessions. the effect is really cool but one thing's for sure, i'm going to have to get used to focusing manually again...it really took me back to my minolta days. :)

this past week we headed out to vegas for our annual photo convention. it was so great to catch up with old friends and to make new ones. the convention is huge and filled with all sorts of inspiration and new ideas. we’re really excited and ready for an incredible year! while we were there, we had a chance to partake in a bridal shootout…it was interesting and fun to shoot in a new city. here are just a few favorites:
