when cynthia and elvin contacted us not long ago about photographing their wedding...i was happy that we were open and would soon be on our way to san francisco! they flew us out to san francisco this past friday for their engagement session and i have to say, i thoroughly enjoyed it. they took us to all the great spots in the city including flora grubb, the mission district and a high point with an incredible view of the city! chalk this down as another awesome session...cynthia and elvin thanks for a fun day, see you both soon! |

julie and david are actually getting married VERY soon...next week to be exact! this session was a great warmup and for any other clients that may be looking at this post, i highly recommend it. being photographed isn't that easy for a lot of people and a session like this is a great warmup to say to the least. (plus it gives us a day to hang out before the wedding;) Julie and David were nervous about being photographed but a few frames later they were rolling along like pros and downtown san diego was the perfect backdrop for all this goodness. below are a few of my favorites...i love the repeating lines and beautiful light in these photos! |

what can i say about this session..it was inspiring, touching and genuine. just what i needed really. its key for me to push myself...to push myself to be just that little bit more creative each time that i shoot and i hope that i'm met with crazy love & chemistry ( = an amazing and true set of images)...this session was just that. this was our first shoot in our new space and i have to say, i LOVE it! its open, flooded with natural light and has lots of warmth from the wood floors..definitely my favorite combination! thank you jen and steve for an awesome time and for helping me create some memories here... |
